Enter through a massive foyer. A two-tier alabaster chandelier hangs over a 72” round table with a heavily carved pedestal accented in 24 karat gold leaf. Flanked by a pair of inlaid credenzas and a pair of hand carved and gilded consoles as well as a pair of hand carved and gilded benches.
Leading to a manly sitting room with two matching chairs and ottomans upholstered in red Italian leather with brass nail trim. Fully upholstered sofa with rolled arms. Coffered ceiling. Built-in display cabinets housing a collection of various bronze animals.
Next is a dining room featuring a tray ceiling with a large gilded chandelier, a custom size sideboard, dining table and chairs.
The owner’s office has solid walnut paneling including a circular frame around the window. Built-in bookcases with LED lighting and glass inserts shelves. Two wall sconces plated in 24 karat gold with black “Capo de Monte” porcelain roses and Belgian black marble insert. A custom made, solid walnut, executive desk and chair. A pair of French bergere chairs with down cushions covered in silk velvet fabric.
The kitchen cabinetry is in solid walnut with walnut veneer panels. Upper cabinets with leaded, seeded glass doors. All the hardware is in polished brass. Large island with a distressed finish and rubbed through black borders. Drawers with inlaid front panels.
The closet, though simple, is all in solid walnut with polished brass hardware.
